Hani Elshahawi is founder and Managing Director of NoviDigiTech LLC which partners with innovators, academics, startups, entrepreneurs, investors, and customers to create impact and drive growth through integration, collaboration, digitalization, and education. He previously spent 18 years at Shell as digitalization lead for Deepwater technologies, GameChanger, technology advisor and capabilities manager, and leader of Shell’s Fluid Evaluation and Sampling Technologies center of excellence. Prior to that, spent 15 years with Schlumberger across Africa, Asia, North America, and globally in roles spanning operations, marketing, consulting, and technology development. Hani was the 2009-2010 President of the SPWLA and distinguished lecturer for both societies and the 2022 chair of the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) Technology Committee. He has received multiple energy industry awards and has authored over 150 technical publications and several patents.
